  • DINE AND DISCOVER VOUCHERS

    We accept discovery vouchers. Please note only one voucher can be used per account per day (NSW GOV term of use). Vouchers can be used for entry. Please note the cafe does not take Dine vouchers.

  • DO I NEED TO BOOK?

    Large groups over 10 will need to make a booking. Vacation care groups, childcare and playgroups will also need to book. Otherwise, no bookings are not required at this time, unless you wish to reserve a seating area.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?

    Mon & Tues: CLOSED
    Wednesday - Friday: 9am - 3pm (no entry after 2pm)
    Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 9am - 4pm (no entry after 3pm)

  • ANNUAL PASSES AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

    All annual passes and gift certificates will have 6 months added to their expiry date to make up for the period we have been closed due to Covid 19.

  • CAN I PRE-PURCHASE TICKETS?

    You can purchase tickets at reception on arrival.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT EFTPOS AND CREDIT CARDS?

    Yes, we accept eftpos, Visa and Mastercard. During Covid restrictions we recommend cashless payment.

  • WHAT ANIMALS DO YOU HAVE?

    Calmsley Hill City Farm has a wild range of both Farm and Native Animals, as well as a number of farming shows and demonstrations. Please feel free to have a look around our website for more information.

  • CAN I BOOK TRACTOR TICKETS OR BUY ANIMAL FEED ONLINE?

    No, due to timing and availability tractor ride tickets cannot be pre purchased.
    On busy days we put on as many extra rides as possible to do our best to ensure no-one misses out, but we suggest arriving early to miss out on any disappointment!
    Animal feed can be purchased upon arrival.

  • CAN I BRING MY DOG/PETS TO THE FARM?

    No, dogs and other pets are not permitted on site (this includes the carpark area).

  • WHAT FOOD DOES THE CAFE OFFER?

    The cafe offers a wide variety of food including burgers, hot chips, chicken nuggets etc as well as soft drinks, coffee, tea and ice creams. Please note hot food is served between 11:30 and 1:30pm with the cafe closing at approximately 2pm.

  • CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD?

    Yes, you're welcome to.

  • CAN WE BRING OUR OWN BBQ OR COOKING EQUIPMENT?

    No, gas or electrical equipment is not permitted on the farm.

  • DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?

    We do not offer lockers, but the carpark is right at the entry and you can get a pass out to get things from your car.

  • DO YOU HAVE PICNIC AREAS?

    Yes, we have picnic areas all over the farm, if you are meeting a large group you can reserve one for a small fee (email info@calmsleyhill.com.au) otherwise they are on a "first in best dressed" basis.

  • DO YOU HAVE BBQS?

    Yes, there are a number of free use electric BBQ's around the farm for everyone to share.

  • DO YOU HAVE FRIDGES FOR VISITORS TO USE?

    There are no fridges available.

  • WHEN DO YOU HAVE CAMPING?

    Camping runs from September through to April. We typically have it once a month, but you are able to book a private night for you and your friends on any other night.
    Due to Covid restriction we are not able to offering camping at this time, once restrictions are relaxed we will start up again.

  • DO YOU HAVE FARMSTAY ACCOMMODATION?

    No.

  • DO YOU DO PONY RIDES?

    No, but you can still pet our gorgeous ponies through the fence.

  • CAN I HOLD A KOALA?

    No, in NSW holding a Koala is not permitted.

  • SHOULD WE COME IF IT'S RAINING?

    We have lots of undercover space and paved pathways, so why not?

  • DO YOU HAVE BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES?

    Yes, for more information checkout the page under the events tab.

  • CAN WE BRING A GAS BOTTLE TO INFLATE BALLOONS?

    Yes, but you need to advise the customer service team.

  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

    Yes we do, you can purchase them by calling customer service on 9823 3222 or email info@calmsleyhill.com.au

  • IS THERE ACCESS VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

    Yes, we have a bus stop right out the front.

  • WE'RE A TOURIST STAYING IN THE CITY, WE'D LOVE TO COME AND VISIT!

    Great idea, you could either come out via public transport, take a taxi or come for a tour with AEA luxury tours.

  • IS THE FARM ACCESSIBLE FOR PRAMS, WHEELCHAIRS OR WALKERS?

    Yes, we have paved pathways and sealed surface all around the farm.
