AN OVERNIGHT EXPERIENCE

**UPDATE**

As a result of the extreme wet weather we have experienced over the past 12 months, our paddocks are still sodden. As such, we will not be starting camping in September 2022 as usual. We will reassess our options in the new year. We apologise for any disappointment, and we hope to have you all back soon!

CAMPING PACKAGE INCLUDES

  • Covid safe activities
  • Two days at the farm
  • Overnight camping
  • Dinner – Gourmet sausages, salads, bread rolls and dessert
  • Breakfast – Bacon egg rolls, cereal, juice, tea and coffee.
  • Activities not available to day visitors
  • Up close and personal animal encounters.
  • Helping with morning animal feeding
  • Collecting Eggs for breakfast

  • Due to Covid safe operational practices we are not able to offer hire equipment this year. Campers will be required to supply all their own equipment.
    • Please note in the event of high likelihood of rain or extreme heat Calmsley Hill may elect to cancel to the Camping night. Our intention is to always provide the best possible experience we understand that at times cancellations can be disappointing but we believe it’s a better option than spending the night in the rain or trying to sleep in a tent whilst it’s still 30 degree’s at 10pm . Campers will be advised by 4pm of the afternoon before if we are going to cancel the event. If this is the case either a full refund will be offered or the option to re-book on another night.

    PRIVATE GROUP CAMPING NIGHTS

    Got a group of friends you’d like to come camping with ? Maybe checkout our Group Camping packages dates are available to suit your group (subject to availability) and operate on non-public camping nights, contact Noah via nmoseley@calmsleyhill.com.au .
    Booking a private group camping night means you’ll have services of your own farm host and your own private night at the farm. Please note due to covid restrictions group numbers will be capped inline with any current guidelines issued by NSW Health
    * Campers are required to supply their own camping equipment.
    * Toilet facilities are a short walk from the camp site.

    Showers are not provided (in case of emergency we do have facilities).

    TEAM BUILDING & OVERNIGHT CAMPING

    Bring your team together at the Farm, packages starting from $135 per person.
    Designed to suit your requirements and team building goals.
    Use the day to focus on your Teams learning and development outcomes or strategy meeting before bring the Team together in the farms unique environment.
    Basic Package includes,
    * Conference Lunch, BBQ Dinner and Farmers Breakfast.
    * Use of our meeting and conference room.
    * Team building activities on the Farm.
    * Overnight camping including Tents and sleep mats.
